  • Shipping applies only to physical products. Digital products and pre-recorded readings are delivered electronically via email or secure access links and are not subject to shipping or delivery timelines.

  • Estimated shipping times for physical items are provided at checkout and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

5. Refunds and Returns

  • All digital products and pre-recorded tarot readings are final sale and non-refundable due to their personalized and downloadable nature. Once delivery has occurred, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available.

  • For physical products, refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of confirmed damage or defect upon arrival. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include appropriate documentation.
